All gift cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Nail Salon – Services Policy

The purpose of this policy is to inform you, our customer, about the services you can expect from P&J Nails & Spa, and the steps you may take if you are not satisfied with the service you receive at our salon.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Anyone with a nail condition or health issue that we suspect may be contagious or may be further harmed by our services.
  • Clients with diabetes: Please inform our technician so we can provide services with proper care. No cutting services are allowed.
  • Anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or behaves inappropriately.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

  • All services are non-refundable.
  • If your nails become scratched or misshapen, we will fix them as long as you notify the salon within 24 hours of your service.
  • You must schedule an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days of your initial service.
  • We do not offer refunds or credits due to a change of mind.
  • We will re-do any service at no cost if you are unsatisfied due to a technician’s mistake and you notify us immediately.
  • We will re-do your nails at no charge if you notify us within 7 days of your initial service.
  • After 7 days, we will not re-do the service for free.
  • We do not guarantee the longevity of polish.
  • We are not responsible for lifting caused by spending extended time in water.
  • If you damage your nails yourself, a repair fee will apply.
  • For example, nails may chip, crack, or break due to work, lifestyle, or lack of proper care. This is not the responsibility of P&J Nails & Spa.
